Helmets For All —
videographer, storyteller // Hope Ranch Non-Profit Organization
One of the things I enjoy most about videography is its power to showcase the incredible impact people are having in this big, beautiful world. Through my lens, I can share stories that inspire hope, drive positive change, and ignite a do-good mentality.
In this video, I had the privilege of highlighting an essential aspect of safety for horseback riders. Thanks to Ruth Bilyeu, a community health leader and supporter of Hope Ranch International , orchestrated a grant from the State of Montana's Injury Prevention Program. After extensive research, she found the company Troxel Helmets who provided a discount on their SEI and ASTM certified equestrian helmets for Hope Ranch. Troxel Helmets are now being used at Hope Ranch International , a Montana-based non-profit ministry that serves under-represented youth.
Ruth sheds light on the challenge of breaking into Montana’s 'cowboy culture' while also revealing some shocking statistics about horse-related accidents. Her insights underscore the critical need for safety measures, especially for our youth.
Enjoy!
